# 3.1 Medical Chatbots

&#x20;MAI's LLM is powered by a medically-specific language model. It is continuously updated by MAI's unique engine, which regularly trains the model by collecting data from search engines and chats.

&#x20;MAI's chat appears in a familiar UI. Users enter routine health information into a conversation with MAI, and MAI answers their questions and provides solutions. Users can take pictures or describe their symptoms and share information with MAI.
